CHALLENGE
Leading Hand was engaged to redesign the Legal Issues for Older People brochures for Legal Aid NSW – a set of resources we originally developed in 2008.

SOLUTION
We worked with the Legal Aid team to develop the campaign branding and consulted closely with them about relevant imagery for what are quite complex issues to represent through photography.

The range of brochures covered various topics, including: wills and powers of attorney, loans or gifts to the family, grandparent issues, ‘granny flat’ arrangements, violence and abuse, housing and accommodation and more.

We produced an initial round of concepts for Legal Aid NSW, before rolling out the approved design format across the full suite of nine brochures.

These resources are a fundamental part of Legal Aid’s communications around older people’s legal issues and are regularly updated and distributed around NSW.
